Accounting and Tax Return of HK Company

Accounting

The tax rate of tax payable is 16.5 % of the turnover of the HK company. After finishing the filings of accounting issues of it, you will receive the notice of tax bill. Then you can follow the instructions of the tax bill to make the payment via the Internet.

1)Audit Report

Counting from the date of anniversary of your HK company for 18 months for the first time, the company is required to make the audit reports for the HK Inland Revenue Department after we get the profit tax return. And for the first time, it should be submitted to the HK IRD within 3 months with the finished reports together with the Profit Tax Return with your signature . So please keep the bank statements and purchase and sales invoice once you open the company bank account. 

Noted: After making the first audit report of your HK company, you’re required to do that annually.

2) Zero Declaration

If you still don’t get the bank account since the operations of your HK company , or you don’t make any profits ,or even there isn’t any transaction of the company bank account, you’re suggested to make the Zero Declaration.

China Driving License

China driving license is an important license if you want to drive in China. China doesn’t accept international driving license therefore foreigners must apply for China driving license if you want to drive in China. So how to apply for it?

First of all, it is important that you need to TAKE A TEST BY YOURSELF if you want to apply for the driving license. The test takes 1 day and you can get the license on the same day.

Second, you need to provide the following documents in order to get a China Driving License:

*Original Home Country Driving License

*Original Passport

*Driving License Photos as well as photo receipt original

*Physical Exam Report original

*Temporary Residence Form original

Third, in order to apply for China driving license, you need to have a visa with validity date 3 months or above and you can stay in China for more than 90 days each time. If your visa is one year multiple visa and you can stay in China for 30 days each time, you can not apply for the China driving license.
