After April 1, 2017, you will receive Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit and Foreigner’s Work Permit.
2. The implementation of foreigners to work in China will be in an ABC classification management with implementing the "encourage high-end, control in general, limit the low-end" principle. The following table lists the classification criteria for the "Standard Compliance Method" and the "Point Integration Method".
Under the new policies, it is clear in the implementation plan that China will implement measures of quantitative restrictions on foreigners who come to work in China among which with no applications limit for Classification A, limit according to the market for Classification B and Strict implementation of quota management for Classification C.
