The tax rate of tax payable is 16.5 % of the turnover of the HK company. After finishing the filings of accounting issues of it, you will receive the notice of tax bill. Then you can follow the instructions of the tax bill to make the payment via the Internet.
1)Audit Report
Counting from the date of anniversary of your HK company for 18 months for the first time, the company is required to make the audit reports for the HK Inland Revenue Department after we get the profit tax return. And for the first time, it should be submitted to the HK IRD within 3 months with the finished reports together with the Profit Tax Return with your signature . So please keep the bank statements and purchase and sales invoice once you open the company bank account.
Noted: After making the first audit report of your HK company, you’re required to do that annually.
2) Zero Declaration
If you still don’t get the bank account since the operations of your HK company , or you don’t make any profits ,or even there isn’t any transaction of the company bank account, you’re suggested to make the Zero Declaration.
